Changes

Being vegan is not easy it’s a 360 mindset change eating for
health no stigma attached no arguments it is a journey of change withdrawals
distractions and temptations.
My journey began in
2012 cutting down on chicken and fish.
I had already conquered red meat say 2011 so really it began
then.
I have had lapses a few times with fish and chicken I have
paid the price with constipation and feeling disorientated.
I pick myself up clean out with herbs and start again 53 yrs
of eating unhealthy will not change in one day.
I was a vegetarian in
my 30s I substituted meats with SOYA this chemically processed food is so bad
for the Colon I was not aware until research proved it and I saw it for what it
was dangerous
There are many more things one has to do to clean out your
digestive system its years of programming on bad diet
List
Colon irrigation is one
Colon regime program cleansers
Course of herbs
Eating green healthy food
Lifestyle
The Colon needs minerals
tender love and rest it’s what prevents disease if it is treated the way God
intended Electric food
Food from nature I will put up all the foods I prepare I
experiment trial error success I have noticed a great change in my body skin
still a long way to go I
There are health condition am working on to erase There has
been success in many areas

Eat right and be happy 360
